Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging (for example, if it is a fabric pouch, it is absolutely necessary that the product be returned in its fabric pouch). Also, the product must be returned in its entirety (for example, if the product was delivered with an "Azala plush", the correct plush must be returned with the correct product).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is processed and your original credit card or payment method is automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items are not.
Exchanges (if any)
We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at contact@azala.fr and wait for a return label before sending your item back to :
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.
